Recap: LPs & VCs After Hours Lounge during SXSW 2023

Fifty investors from not only Austin but all over the country and world (such as Canada and LATAM) attended the “LP & VC After Hours Lounge” event away from all the SXSW commotion after dinner on Sunday, March 12.

This was the only LP/VC event experience open late, and the best way to spend the rest of the weekend and evening doing something more low-key.

The location was downtown at Ibble, a venture-backed startup office space with a nice courtyard. Priority invitations went to Texas Venture Alliance founding members, Limited Partners in funds, and then to select VCs.

TVA members also had the chance to share the invite with their portfolio companies. The DJ was GoingVC Chief of Staff, Seena Vajed, aka DJ Wake.

Thank you to our in-kind venture-backed sponsors, Liquid Death, In Good Taste Wine, Blue Norther, and Canteen. Big thank you to Ibble for hosting us and bringing together the venture community!

A message from Ibble founder, Raymond Kaminski:

It was great meeting all of you during SXSW at our studios! For those that didn’t get a chance to see our demo, we make it easy for brands to launch their own social media platform within their existing app; we coin this new market-defining industry “Social Media-as-a-Service”.

We do this to help brands build tighter communities through video conversations, build brand loyalty, and sell more products. We also automatically transcribe every video or voice conversation, which feeds AI models and undercover deep customer insights on every topic and conversation.

If you see some synergy for your portfolio companies or you are interested in SaaS and AI companies, we would love to chat: raymond@ibble.io.
